Analytics and Insights data for accounts and contacts on Emails opened, Email clicked and Session registrations are stored in Azure Blob Storage.
When migrating to a new D365 CE instance, this data should be able to migrate in the same manner as is possible with Dataverse data. This would make it possible for organisations to take the conversation that is build up with customer to a new environment in stead of the current option that is offered (export to PowerBI). The value of this Insights data lies exactly in it being actionable in customer journeys and real time marketing journeys.
There is a need from business to view users who did not open our emails. We need to see the contacts easily who received the emails but not read. Current Journey/Email insights doesn't provide us the required info. This will be very useful if you can add the capability to D365 Marketing (CI Journeys).
